# Signing in to Jurisphere

## Open the Jurisphere Website

1. Open a web browser on your device. (*Tip: Use Chrome / Edge for optimal experience!*)
2. In the navigation bar, type in [app.jurisphere.ai](https://app.jurisphere.ai). 
3. On the homepage, click the **Sign Up** button on the bottom right.

Be sure to "**Sign up**" and not "Sign in" if you are using Jurisphere for the first time!

1. You can sign up using any of the following:
   1. Your **work email address** (recommended)
   2. Your **Google account** (if your work account is logged in on your browser)
2. If signing up via email, you’ll be prompted to enter a verification code.
3. Once filled, click **Continue**

## Verify your account

1. Check your inbox for a verification email from Jurisphere.&#x20;
2. Click the link or enter the One-Time-Password to activate your account.

Check your spam folder or click **Resend Verification**.

## You're in!

You’ll now land on your [Jurisphere dashboard](https://jurisphere.gitbook.io/jurisphere-guide/my-account-and-organization/jurisphere-dashboard). From here, you can:

### Troubleshooting

* **Email already registered?**\
  Try logging in instead, or use the **Forgot Password** option.
* **Need help?**\
  Reach out to our support team via the **Support Bot** on the bottom right of the page.

Due to privacy and security compliance requirements, a verification code / OTP is mandatory while logging in afresh to the Jurisphere platform. Make sure you have access to your email address.
