Auto-folderize
Organizing legal documents can be time-consuming, especially when you’re working with large bundles of pleadings, contracts, or scanned filings. That’s where Auto-Folderize comes in. With a single click, Jurisphere intelligently sorts your files into dynamic folders and subfolders, saving you hours of manual effort.
Auto-Folderize is designed to work seamlessly across practice areas. Whether you're sorting filings for a court matter or categorizing agreements in a corporate transaction, the system identifies patterns like type of document, matter titles, and categories to create a clear, structured folder hierarchy.
Jurisphere recognizes the nature of each document based on its contents and not its file name. The names of the documents do not affect the auto-folderize function.
Step-by-step Guide
Go to your Folder pane - click on 'Browse files' in the top left of the navigation bar..
Upload multiple files into a folder.
Once the files are uploaded, click the Auto-Folderize button
that appears at the top of the folder pane, just below the 'Upload Files' button.A pop-up box will open.

Inside this pop-up:
Select the parent folder within which you want to organize the selected files.
Choose the sub-folders you want your selected files to be categorized into.
Review the auto-created sub-folders and the files within them. You can rename, delete, or rearrange them as needed.
You can select the category heads like 'Litigation' or 'Corporate' if you want to choose all sub-folders under the head.
Notes
Auto-Folderize is ideal for large document sets like case bundles or filings.
You can manually adjust the folder structure after Auto-Folderize runs.
