How to Use the File Library
Browsing and Selecting Files
On the top of the File Library screen, click on the Browse Files button.
In your Folder pane that opens, you can"
Select individual files by checking the box next to their names.
Select entire folders to view all files within them.
Click Upload Files to add new documents.
Viewing Document Summaries
Once files or folders are selected, their summaries can be viewed in a tabular overview with these columns - Name, Document Type, Title, Date, and Summary, and each file as a separate row.
You can click on any row to open up a detailed summary of the document. This detailed summary will contain sub-sections and information along with in-line citations that are hyperlinked to take you to the exact portions of the respective documents.
You can now sort your documents by category or date (ascending/descending) for easier navigation, and make quick edits by simply clicking the
icon to update any file’s Title, Category, or Short Summary.
Chart View
To see a graphical representation of document categories, click on Chart View in the top right corner. This will display a pie chart showing the distribution of your selected documents by category.

The Chart View can also be viewed as a Bar Graph by toggling the
button on the top right.
Downloading File Details
The "Download as Word" button allows you to export the detailed summaries of the selected documents into a Microsoft Word document (.docx) format.
Select your desired files or folders in the File Library,
Locate and click the "Download as Word" (
) button, found beside the table view and chart view buttons. Your browser will then download a
.docxfile containing the summarized information.
This output includes a list of files with their respective File Name, Document Type, Title, Date, and Summary in a tabular format.
Additionally, it provides "Detailed Summaries" for each document, breaking down the content into sections like "Overview," "Key Terms and Conditions," and other relevant headings, along with page citations from the original source.
