This page helps users who already have an active Jurisphere subscription but are unable to log in to the platform.
If you do not yet have an account, please follow the signup process instead.
Step 1 – Verify the Email Address Used for Login
Jurisphere access is tied to the specific email address assigned to the license.
If you attempt to log in using a different email address, the platform will not recognize your subscription.
Please confirm that:
You are logging in with the exact email address registered with your Jurisphere account
You are not accidentally using a different Google account or alternate email
Step 2 – Check with Your Organization Administrator
If your firm or organization manages access to Jurisphere centrally, your organization administrator may control user permissions.
Login issues may occur if:
Your access permissions were updated or modified
Your account was removed from the organization workspace
Access policies were changed within your organization
Please contact your internal administrator or IT team to confirm that your access to Jurisphere is still active.
Step 3 – Check Account Status (Locked or Banned)
If your login attempt indicates that your account is locked or banned, the account status may need to be reviewed.
This may occur if:
The subscription associated with the account has expired
The account has been temporarily restricted
Billing or access permissions have changed
In such cases, please reach out to your internal accounts team or contact the Jurisphere team to verify that your subscription remains active.
