List of Dates (LOD) Error: Job Failed
Issue: In rare cases, after starting a List of Dates task, you may receive a notification that the processing has failed. A red ❗ icon or failure message may appear while trying to generate a List of Dates.

🔍 Why This Happens:
This can occur due to one or more of the following:
Failed OCR: Some selected files might be scans without a text layer.

Vague or incomplete instructions: If you've used the “Custom LOD” option, the input prompt may have been unclear or missing required information.
Corrupted file or unsupported format: The document may not have loaded properly.
System hiccups: A brief backend or queue error could have interrupted processing.
🛠 What You Can Do:
Check for OCR:
Try selecting text in your PDFs. If you can’t, apply OCR first using the built-in OCR tool.
Clarify custom instructions:
If using a custom LOD prompt, keep it clear and specific.
Retry the job after resolving these issues.
