Why do research citations not open when clicked?

Why can't the research response give me 50 judgements?
The tool prioritizes relevance over quantity. Use follow-ups to get a more desirable output.
Why is my file upload taking too long?
Large files or scanned PDFs take longer to upload and process.
Why can’t I upload ZIP files with multiple files together?
You can upload ZIP files that contain a mixumum of 40 files of the accepted file types.
Why does a file show as uploaded but isn’t usable yet?
The file is still processing indexing and will become usable once indexing completes.
Why do chat answers change slightly when repeated?
Wording may vary due to AI variability, but the substance remains consistent.
Why do I see duplicate outputs for the same request?
The request was likely submitted multiple times.
How long will my translation take?
Typically, translation takes ~1 min/page. Since it is a background task, feel free to use the platform while it processes.
Can I cancel the translation / LOD / file upload?
No. Any task that starts as background task - such as File Processing, Translation, Redline Analysis, List of Dates, MCA Document extraction - cannot be cancelled.
How many follow-ups can I ask?
On Research and Document Review tools, users can ask up to 8 follow up queries in a single thread.
Can I delete my previous matters?
Yes. Navigate to the History page to delete your matters permanently.
